We are starting a new Beginners Yoga Course on Tuesday the 12th May with Katie Hodge running for 6 weeks.
This course is designed for those who are new to yoga, or feeling a little rusty and would like to take it slow. The class will take the time to move carefully, focusing on alignment and building your confidence on the mat.
The first lesson will be an introductory session of 1:5 hrs and the remaining 5 sessions 1 hr each.
1st introductory session: 3:30-5:00pm
Ongoing sessions: 4:00-5:00pm
Course - consisting of all 6 sessions: £50
