Try A Pole Fitness Course!

Are you ready to try something new?

We have Pole Fitness in 6 week blocks 7.30-8.30pm! You can be a complete beginner for this course as well as someone who may have some experience. New blocks start every 6 weeks but if you would like to come and try one to see if you like it then give us a call.

Pole Fitness is a great way to work out, get fit and tone up while building body confidence

and making new friends.

This course is suitable for complete beginners- everybody is welcome, so don’t worry about being strong enough, fit enough or flexible enough.

The course will consist of:

- Fun spins, transitions, pole poses and floor work

- A short routine to music (absolutely no dance experience needed)

- Strength and conditioning exercises

The course will run once a week for 6 weeks on a Thursday 7.30-8.30pm.

It is £72 for non-members and £60 for members.

The instructor is Claire - Claire is a qualified and insured, 3 star PDC registered pole fitness instructor based in Bristol. She has been part of the pole industry since 2011 as an

instructor, performer, competitor and judge. 

She has a background in dance and drama and uses these theatrical skills to

enhance her teaching.

Claire prides herself on teaching her classes in a safe and supportive environment.

This course will guide you through the basics of pole fitness and leave you feeling amazing.

Please wear shorts and t-shirt, the class will take place in bare feet or socks.

Bring a water bottle (filled with water) and please avoid using moisturiser for 24 hours

before hand.
