Teen Yoga classes led by Maddie Norris are specifically tailored to meet the needs of teenagers. Helping to increase flexibility and strengthen the body. The classes will also promote self confidence and teens will leave feeling empowered and free from some of the stresses of daily life.
We are running these classes on a weekly basis and in Term time on Tuesday evenings at 5:00-6:00pm.
