Physical activity and nutrition are inextricably linked and both need to be right for you to see results. Finding reliable advice on exactly what to eat to both optimise your workouts and aid your recovery is a minefield so we have teamed up with the experts at Odhealth to bring you the definitive guide, hosted by a registered nutritionist and expert on the subject.
We will be discussing the different requirements for different types of exercise and the best fuel for your body pre and post workout. Your host will provide clear, practical advice as well as discussing the science of sports nutrition. There will be takeouts and points of discussion for all knowledge levels with all advice made practicable.
At the end of the talk there will be a Q&A where you can ask all your burning questions and get the answers you need.

The talk will take place via Zoom. You can either join us for drinks & nibbles at Balance at 7pm, followed by the event at 7:30pm or you can watch from the comfort of you own home.
