Mini Trampoline fitness for all ages & abilities. HIgh cardio, low impact for body & mind.
Remember when you used to jump on the trampoline for hours on end just for fun as a child! How about giving it another try with a trampoline fitness class suitable for all ages and abilities. It turns out, a workout on a mini-trampoline will get you some of the same get-fit benefits as running, but it won't feel as difficult. This is a high cardio, low impact workout for the body & mind & you get to feel like a child again!
The first 40 minutes are jumping, and the last 20 minutes we tone the body by lying on the trampolines. There are beginners in every session too, so don't worry about feeling self-conscious - you'll see everyone bouncing at their own pace. It usually takes 3 sessions to get used to all of the bouncing and recognise the moves so stick with it .... but here's a warning ... its addictive!
From the 14th September we are going to be running 3 classes a week.
All classes are run by Kathryn Edwards and you can also book for private hire. A great idea for parties!
