What is Balance Gym all about

I thought I would let you know how Balance the countryside gym has changed since September 2022.

We now run a " Hire this space" service for all trainers/yoga specialists/kids classes/ parties and anyone who needs a space to show case their talents.

We have a studio space, a gym space and a coffee lounge and you can hire all, 1 or 2 or all 3 for your occasion.
